For the most satisfying comfort food, try Herb-Crusted Parmesan Meatloaf with garlicky mashed potatoes and buttered green beans. Two pounds of ground beef (80/20 for taste!) seasoned with herbs and Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 cups of bread crumbs
– Grated Parmesan cheese, measuring 1 cup (and maybe a little more) How incredibly -excellent crust
2-Huge Eggs
Ingredients:
Minced garlic – Finely chopped onion – Three cloves of garlic
– 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley – 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme – 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano – 2 teaspoons of salt – 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons
Half a cup of milk
Two tablespoons of ketchup in addition to half a cup
What to do
1. Set your oven temperature to 375°F; that’s when you’ll get the most crispy edges.
2. Gently incorporate the ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, egg yolks, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and a cup of Parmesan cheese in a large mixing basin. Your herbs and meat will feel like guests at a small celebration!
