Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs, whisked
1/3 cup melted butter
For the Glaze:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, whisked eggs, and melted butter until fully combined. The dough will be thick.
Using a medium cookie scoop or a heaping tablespoon, scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden brown. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 4-5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
For the glaze, combine butter, sugar, water, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until the sugar dissolves, whisking constantly.
Spoon the glaze over the cooled cookies and let set. Dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
