Green Peppers: 4 medium, halved
Ground Beef: 1 lb. (browned)
Taco Seasoning: 1 recipe (homemade recommended)
Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup (freshly grated)
Sour Cream: 1 cup
Salsa: 1/2 cup
Directions:
Preheat your oven as directed. Prepare the bell peppers by halving and removing the seeds.
Cook the ground beef until browned, then mix in the taco seasoning.
Fill each bell pepper half with the seasoned ground beef.
Top each pepper half with salsa, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
