Ingredients:
1 (3.4 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped (optional)
Extra mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions :
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened.
Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and smooth.
Add the crushed pineapple, miniature marshmallows, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped maraschino cherries (if using) to the bowl. Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed and coated in the pudding mixture.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the fluff salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Just before serving, garnish the fluff salad with extra mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts, if desired.
