Ingredients:
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 cups salsa mild or medium
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Sprinkle with taco seasoning and top with salsa.
Cover with the klid and cook for 2-2 1/2 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low or until the chicken is easily shredded with two forks.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
