hree medium-ripe bananas
3 eggs, 250 grams of flour, 150 grams of sugar, and 60 milliliters of milk
eighty grams of butter
15 milligrams of sugar-reactive yeast
Vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon
One dash of salt
Get Ready:
Chop the bananas and place them in a bowl. Using a fork, we mash it until it becomes a puree-like consistency. We will save this banana puree for later use as the cake’s foundation.
Step 2: Place the eggs in a separate basin and whisk them vigorously with a stick until they have doubled in size. After the butter has melted in the microwave, we add the sugar, milk, vanilla essence, salt, and a touch of vanilla. Toss in the remaining ingredients and beat until combined.
3. After that, pour the flour and yeast mixture over the dough. To ensure complete integration, we stir everything one more with the rod. At a later stage, we combined everything and added the reserved puree.
4. Spread some butter on a baking sheet and transfer the dough into it. The mold is then placed in an oven that has been preheated to 190ºC and left for approximately 40 minutes.
5. Lastly, a toothpick is used to pierce the cake. It is complete if it yields no contaminants. We continue baking it for a little longer if that doesn’t work. It takes about an hour to cool and compress after taking it out of the oven, but that’s just because it’s cooked through.
